For all Puerto Rico installations, both the PV System Monitoring Site ID and the Battery Monitoring ID are required at M1. No Conditional Approvals are given if this information is missing.
The Monitoring ID is typically 6–7 digits, generated from the OEM monitoring portal once the system is commissioned.
Since batteries are always included in Puerto Rico installations, both PV and Battery Monitoring IDs must be submitted.

To provide access to Enphase sites in Enlighten:
Select the checkbox for Third Party Owned.
Add Palmetto email [email protected] to the Owner section
Scroll down and SAVE
Maintainer Access Granted
For Enphase Systems, maintainer access being granted will be crucial to ensure Milestone Approval
In settings tab, maintainer is at the bottom of the page.
Palmetto LightReach should be a selectable option when granting 3rd party ownership
Palmetto logo is in the top right of the monitoring page
Meter options such as disabling or changing polarity are selectable (greyed out if not)

Add Palmetto LightReach as a partner on Tesla One (This has to be done before starting the system).
Go into registration - Installer Info.
Then, add partner under ‘Installer Information’.
(If you start the system first, adding Palmetto LightReach will have to be done using step 2 and cannot be completed on the app).

Tesla Powerhub grants the correct level of permissions when adding Palmetto LightReach as a partner.
Ensure that Tesla settings are updated BEFORE starting the system to prevent an escalation to [email protected] to add 'Palmetto LightReach' to sites
