This article serves as your primary navigation guide for all Puerto Rico operations. It is designed to help you quickly identify which requirements are standard across all markets and which are unique to the island.

To navigate effectively, you must understand our header and naming system:

  • Headers Color Coding:

    • 🟧 Orange Headers (Standard): These articles contain core Palmetto requirements that apply to projects in both the US Mainland and Puerto Rico.

    • 🟫 Brown Headers (Puerto Rico Specific): These articles contain requirements exclusive to the Puerto Rico market and the DOE program (e.g., LUMA procedures, local eligibility).

  • Article Prefixes:

    • PR: Indicates general LightReach Puerto Rico program articles.

    • DOE: Specifically for the Solar Access program

  • Portal Access & URLs:
