The Puerto Rico Main Line program follows the same general NTP (Notice to Proceed) process as the DOE Solar Access Program, with key differences in qualifying criteria and sales requirements. These are:
No “Terms & Conditions” form required
Title verification is required
Credit check is required:
Minimum 700 FICO Credit Score (highest score: TransUnion / Equifax)
No bankruptcies in the last 7 years
ReCheck verification is mandatory for all sales representatives

Standard NTP Requirements
The fastest path to NTP is through the homeowner's web portal account. The web portal invite are sent simultaneously with the contract via Email (accessible via web browser or via app download). Homeowner portal link: home.palmetto.com
