Editor | This permission is best suited for salespersons and other staff that will need to view and modify project information. Users with this permission cannot cancel or modify information on a project once a credit check has been completed. |
Admin | This permission is best suited for leadership and management. Users with this permission can edit, cancel, and manage pipelines in orgs and their subsequent suborgs. |
Accounting Admin | This permission is intended for individuals that require funding and accounting information. This permission is separate from functions available in the ‘Admin’ role and enables users to view restricted info regarding payouts, holdbacks, and net funds. |
LightReach Organization Signatory | This permission enables the user to make changes to the payment plan for the org. This permission must be assigned to a leadership individual within the org. |

Single-user sub-orgs are not recommended if you are selling or intend to sell using an integrated sales platform
1) Admins: Access your settings and click + Organization
This is only recommended for sub-orgs, such as subdealers. Representatives in their own sub-org (Single-user Sub-orgs) will only have visibility limited to their own deals within the LightReach portal. Each sub-org will need a company phone number and company email. Fill out all sections that have an asterisk, to save the sub-org.
2) Select the parent organization
For example, your organization, of which the team is a sub-dealer. Once created, repeat section A and send new user access to the appropriate organization.
Reminder: Many partners overlook the Email tab, but it offers a simple way to manage and maintain the distribution list.
If the user cannot find an invite to the login page
Click "forgot password" and input your email address associated with the account
Check your email inbox, if you can't locate the email check your spam folder. If you're still having issues please contact our LightReach Product Experts via SMS!
| Question | Answer |
1 | How can a sales rep have visibility on their deals only? | Representatives in their own sub-org will only have visibility limited to their own deals within the LightReach portal, therefore:
USE ONLY WHEN REPS WORK DIRECTLY IN THE LIGHTREACH PORTAL. WHEN REPS ARE USING AN INTEGRATED SALES PLATFORM, USE THE SALES PLATFORM TO CONTROL VISIBILITY TO DEALS.
|
2 | I’m using an integrated sales platform. How can deals be mapped to our org structure under LightReach? | LightReach supports mapping team-based sub-orgs with integrated sales platforms. Due to high complexity for both LightReach and the integrated platform, mapping single-user sub-orgs is not supported.
To map an org or sub-org in LightReach with an integrated sales tool, that org or sub-org in LightReach must have a counterpart in the integrated platform.
Once these entities are created on both platforms, email [email protected] to request the activation for the corresponding orgs and/or sub-org(s).
Note: an activation request is required every time a new sub-org is created. |
