Using parts that are not listed for compatibility could impact product warranties, and you could be held responsible for repairs.

It can be challenging to distinguish genuine Staubli MC4 connectors from other brands. When ordering connectors, you should request a specific brand and model of connector to ensure your distributor is supplying a compatible part. Before you install the connectors, examine the packaging and parts to ensure they are the correct part.
