When setting up your CRM, the following actions needs to be taken:
Add the below fields to the CRM
Grant Palmetto view access to the CRM at the email [email protected]
Ensure the CRM is updated in real time
Assign an individual to be accountable for keeping the CRM updated
NOTE: If the CRM is not updated in real time, Palmetto/LightReach may place a sales hold and/or install hold on all work until CRM updates are able to be regularly maintained
