DOE: Installer Set UP - CRM Required Fields

All Installers are required by the DOE to provide the following project related information.

When setting up your CRM, the following actions needs to be taken:

  • Add the below fields to the CRM

  • Grant Palmetto view access to the CRM at the email [email protected]

  • Ensure the CRM is updated in real time

  • Assign an individual to be accountable for keeping the CRM updated

NOTE: If the CRM is not updated in real time, Palmetto/LightReach may place a sales hold and/or install hold on all work until CRM updates are able to be regularly maintained
